Mongolia

Im Mai und Juni 2025 verbrachten wir einen Monat damit, durch die Mongolei zu reisen, von den Khentii-Bergen im Norden bis zur Wüste Gobi im Süden, vom Ikhes Nuur (Nuur = See) im Westen bis zum Khukh Nuur in den Khangai-Bergen. Es war eine unglaubliche Reise durch ein faszinierendes Land, das sich in vielerlei Hinsicht von allem unterscheidet, was wir bisher gesehen haben! Diese Seite enthält die Bilder zu den entsprechenden Blogbeiträgen, die Ihr im Blog-Bereich findet, aber auch viele zusätzliche Bilder und Erläuterungen. Die Bilder sind chronologisch sortiert. Die Blogbeiträge hingegen enthalten viel Text mit zusätzlichen Informationen zu unserer Reise. Viel Spaß beim Stöbern! Während unseres Aufenthalts haben wir über 190 Vogelarten gesehen. Aber anders als auf den meisten anderen Seiten findet Ihr hier neben Bildern von Vögeln auch Bilder von Landschaften, Pflanzen, Reptilien und Säugetieren. Die Website ist noch in Arbeit. Bilder werden hinzugefügt, sobald weitere Blogbeiträge zu unserer Reise veröffentlicht werden. In May and June of 2025 we spent a month traveling through Mongolia, from the Khentii-mountains in the North to the Gobi Desert in the South, from Ikhes Nuur (Nuur = lake) in the West to Khukh Nuur in the Khangai mountains. It was an amazing journey in a fascinating country that is different from anything we have ever seen in so many respects! This page contains the pictures that go with the relevant blogposts you can find in the blog section, but also many additional pictures and explanations. The pictures are sorted chronologically. The blogposts, on the other hand, will contain additional information on our journey. Please explore and enjoy! We have encountered over 190 bird species during our stay. But unlike on most of the other pages, in addition to pictures of birds you will find here also pictures of landscapes, plants, reptiles and mammals. The site is work in progress.
